Privacy Policy

Nice-Pak Products, Inc. (“We” or the “Company”) respects the privacy of every individual who visits our sites or responds to our interactive advertisements. This Privacy Statement outlines the information we will collect and how we will use that information. This Privacy Statement will also instruct you on what to do if you do not want your personal information collected or shared when you visit our sites or respond to our advertisements.

Personally Identifiable Information

The Company will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (that is, your name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily.

If you do not want your personally identifiable information collected, please do not submit it to us. If you have already submitted this information and would like for us to remove it from our records, please contact us at the email address or phone number listed at the bottom of this Statement. We will use reasonable efforts to delete your information from our existing files.

Use of Personally Identifiable Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. From time to time, we may share your personal information with our affiliates, retail partners and other third party business partners (and their service providers), such as in the following circumstances:

  • to conduct research and/or analysis regarding products, consumers and other matters;
  • to allow us to better understand your interests, activities, demographics and profile;
  • to prevent such parties from sending promotional messages on our behalf to people who have asked us to not send such messages; or
  • if you have opted in to receive promotional communications from us, send a tailored promotional communications to you jointly offering a product or service.

We will require these parties to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information, and will not authorize them to use the personal information we provide for their direct marketing purposes (as defined the California “Shine the Light” Law, California Civil Code §§ 1798.83) unless we have explicitly given you the option to opt in or opt out of such disclosure.

We rely on third party service providers to perform a variety of services on our behalf, and we may disclose your personal information to such service providers, such as fulfillment services, sweepstakes and contest administrators, loyalty and rebate program operators, technical support providers, customer service providers and research and analytics providers. However, we do not authorize these third parties to use your data for purposes other than for which it has been provided, and do not authorize these third parties to disclose that information to unauthorized parties or use that information for their direct marketing purposes.

Additionally, we will use and disclose personally identifiable information we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain. In addition, we may transfer personal information and other information to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, brands, affiliates, subsidiaries or other assets.

Children

The Company has no intention of collecting any personally identifiable information (that is, name, address, telephone number, or email address) from individuals under thirteen years of age. Where appropriate, we will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on our sites or advertisements. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the email address or phone number listed at the bottom of this Statement if they would like this information deleted from our records. We will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from our existing files.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information Collected Automatically

In some cases, we may collect information about you that is not personally identifiable. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, and the domain name of the site from which you linked to our site or advertisement.

Information We May Place Automatically On Your Computer’s Hard Drive

When you view one of our sites or advertisements, we may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a “Cookie” or similar file and will help us in many ways. For example, Cookies allow us to tailor a site or advertisement to better match your interests and preferences.
