Elan Gershoni

Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Elan is responsible for overseeing Nice-Pak’s legal, compliance, risk management, and board activities. Elan is a seasoned legal executive with more than 15 years of experience working as a general counsel, in private practice, and for the federal judiciary.

Before Nice-Pak, Elan was General Counsel for Snow Joe LLC, a consumer power tool manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer. Before Snow Joe, Elan was in private practice as an attorney at DLA Piper, one of the world’s leading law firms, where he represented clients in commercial, consumer, privacy, securities, white collar, and regulatory matters, investigations, and compliance mandates. 

Elan received his JD from Brooklyn Law School and completed his undergraduate studies at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, where he earned a BS in Economics, Geology, and Environmental Science. Elan and his wife live in Hoboken, New Jersey, with their two children and goldendoodle, Ziggy.
