John Iarocci

Vice President, R&D and Quality

John is a dynamic leader who seamlessly blends technical expertise with strategic acumen.  With a diverse career background, he has demonstrated success in strategic planning, Operations, R&D, and generating and maintaining quality systems. John creates value through fostering innovation, team building, and driving organizational success.

John has been with Nice-Pak since 2008, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in Quality, Project Management, and R&D. He was appointed to the position of Vice President R&D and Quality in December 2021.

Prior to Nice-Pak, John worked in vaccine manufacturing at Wyeth Biotech. John has an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business and a BA and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College.  He lives in Westchester County, New York, with his wife and two children.
