Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer at Nice-Pak, Mike’s primary responsibility is to identify, attract, develop and engage talent across all levels.  He focuses his team on the most important business priorities and applies practical, yet effective talent solutions to help Nice-Pak achieve its objectives. He joined the organization in 2021 and leads the global HR and Communications teams. 

Mike has over 20 years of HR leadership experience, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from organizations such as Hologic, PepsiCo, and Bausch + Lomb, where he helped each company build expertise by challenging leaders to refine the lens through which they leverage talent and engagement as a differentiator. Over the course of his career, he led several large-scale transformational initiatives, including acquisitions, as well as global and commercial transformations, each of which contributed to sustainable top and bottom line growth.

Michael holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BA in Psychology from Wagner College.  In his free time, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his wife Ginelle and their three children and is an avid cyclist and runner with many miles trekked on the roads near his Connecticut home.
