OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Odds of winning depend on number of qualified entries received during the Giveaway period.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on October 10, 2025 at 9:00 AM (ET) through October 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET), log on to www.instagram.com/wetnapofficial, click on the Giveaway Post for the 2025 Fall Fresh Giveaway and follow the entry instructions in the caption. Fill in all required information. You may enter only once. No more than one entry per household is permitted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Subject to the additional restrictions and conditions in these Official Rules, the Giveaway is open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 21 years of age and older as of October 10, 2025, except for employees of Nice-Pak Products, LLC ("Sponsor"), SweepWidget ("Administrator"), and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies
(collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entrants may enter this Giveaway during the Promotion Period via one of the methods below (entrant’s choice) only:

(b) ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): Send an email with your name and USA street mailing address to wetnap@nicepak.com with “2025 Fall Fresh Giveaway” in the subject line. All e-mail entries must be received by October 26, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Responsibility for proper submission rests solely with entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
5. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 27, 2025 by Administrator to select the winner[s] from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner[s] will be notified by direct message from @wetnapofficial (or email from wetnap@nicepak.com if entered by AMOE) and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 15 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. AN ENTRANT IS NOT THE OFFICIAL WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN ADVISED BY SPONSOR THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETED. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this giveaway, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise nonfunctioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this giveaway; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this giveaway; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the giveaway, or announcement of the prize[s]. If, in the Administrator's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the giveaway, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this giveaway in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared by the name on the online entry form.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Promotion, you agree: (i) to be bound by these official rules and by all applicable laws and all decisions of the judges which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the official rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Promotion Parties or Instagram; and (iv) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Promotion Parties and Instagram and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from any liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, bodily injury, death, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity), costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) your participation or inability to participate in the Promotion, (b) typographical errors in the official rules or any Promotion promotional materials, (c) acceptance or possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use an prize (or any component thereof), (d) any change by any company or any other person providing any of the components of a prize due to reasons beyond any of the Promotion Parties’ control or as otherwise permitted hereunder, (e) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or
modification of the Promotion, (f) human error, (g) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of the Entry (including, without limitation, the entry information or any parts thereof), (h) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Promotion site or any telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Promotion Parties or by you, (i) interruption or inability to access the Promotion, any Promotion-related web pages, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (j) any damage to your (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion, (k) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (l) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of any of the Promotion Parties or Instagram, or any of their agents or employees, or (m) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any one or more of the Promotion Parties. Each winner hereby acknowledges that the Promotion Parties have neither
made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or component thereof, including any express or implied warranties provided by any of the prize suppliers associated with this Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed by, administered by or associated with Instagram.
8. PRIZES: THREE WINNERS. Each winner will receive: Wet-Nap® Cleansing Wipes (2 pack), GRIME BOSS® (60 ct), Nice ’N CLEAN® Disinfecting Wipes (4 pack), Nice ’N CLEAN® SmudgeGuard™ Lens Wipes (100 count), Nice ’N CLEAN® Antibacterial Wipes (6 pack), Nice ’N CLEAN® Antibacterial (90 ct), Nice ’N CLEAN® Flushable Toddler Wipes (42 ct), Nice ’N CLEAN® Moist Toilet Tissue Secure Flush (42 ct), Nice ’N CLEAN® Moist Toilet Tissue (42 ct), Nice ’N CLEAN® Moist Toilet Tissue (16 ct). (Substitution of similarly priced item may be made at Sponsor’s discretion. Total prize value: $66.20. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate
winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
9. NOTIFICATION/PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Sponsor will notify the potential Winner within five days after the random drawing is held. The potential Winner will be notified by direct message if entered on Instagram. The potential Winner must respond via direct message to Sponsor within five business days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt – failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. If the potential Winner entered via the AMOE, such potential Winner will be notified via the e-mail address contained in such Entry, and such potential Winner must respond via email to Sponsor within five business days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt – failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. The potential Winner must accept the prize by returning to Sponsor a completed and personally signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, except where prohibited by law, and an
IRS tax from W-9 within ten business days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt – failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for any notification that is not received by the potential Winner for any reason. If the potential Winner does not respond to notification and accept the prize as required or if prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. If the potential Winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules or declines prize, the potential Winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. If the potential Winner is disqualified or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may, but shall not be required to, select an alternate potential Winner from amongst all remaining eligible Entries.
10. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of yours or winners, Sponsor, and administrator in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of New York. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum nonconvenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
11. DISQUALIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate this Giveaway if it determines, in its sole discretion, that this Giveaway is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of this Giveaway as contemplated herein. If an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding the prize or continuing with this Giveaway as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic or pandemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. Coronavirus COVID-19), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, extend or terminate this Giveaway. If this Giveaway is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the potential Winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.
12. TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner
